Embark on a 1-hour Vinyasa Flow guided by Brooke, where Cayle's gentle hands will weave stretches and scalp massages into your Shavasana. The final moments will be spent with a relaxing guided meditation, followed by a refreshing elixir of cold-pressed juice to grace your journey.
Yin Yoga involves holding gentle poses for an extended period, allowing for deep stretching and relaxation of the body.
